My career in executive search began long before it became fashionable to talk about talent as a strategic advantage. Over the years, I have worked with international corporations and fast-growing businesses, helping leaders build teams that truly move companies forward.
I gained my professional foundation in companies such as VEON, Kelly Services, BTG Consulting, Energy Consulting, Digital Logistic Operator, and Azuro, where I worked closely with top management, complex business structures, and international teams. These experiences shaped my understanding of how leadership, culture, and business results are deeply connected.
At a certain point, I realized that traditional recruitment models were too rigid and too slow for modern businesses. That insight led me to found Lead & Rise Executive Search - a boutique consultancy built around a personal, hands-on, and highly customized approach.

Today, I personally lead every search project. I work directly with founders and CEOs, take time to understand their vision, and focus not only on skills, but on mindset, values, and long-term impact.
